What's inside

Methylated B Vitamins
Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Methyl-B12, Biotin, and Choline — delivered in their active, methylated forms for easy use by the body. B vitamins help the body properly utilize amino acids, fats, and carbohydrates, and support energy production, immune health, and the maintenance of already-healthy blood sugar levels. Modern refined diets, stress, certain medications, and aging can all draw down B vitamin levels — this formula helps replenish them.

Spore-Based Probiotics
Bacillus Coagulans, Subtilis, Mesentericus, and Clausii. Their seed-like structure lets them survive stomach acid, bile salts, and pancreatic enzymes to arrive in the large intestine intact — unlike traditional probiotics that break down earlier. Their hardier nature also means fewer colony-forming units (CFUs) are needed to be effective, making them a smart choice for those who don't tolerate regular probiotics well.

High-Potency Fish Oil
