RootFix Foundations is an all-in-one formulation that contains a comprehensive multi-vitamin, a high potency/high bioavailable fish oil EPA/DHA, and a highly resilient Spore Based ProBiotic. 

Methylated B Vitamins 

RootFix Foundations contains Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Methyl-B12, Biotin, and Choline. The B vitamins work together as a team to act as ‘keys’ to unlock the various enzymatic reactions in the body and thereby support a healthy metabolism. The modern refined diet high in sugar, alcohol, and devitalized foods leads to lower levels of B vitamins. Stress, many medications and the aging process may also lower B vitamin levels. B vitamins support energy production by helping the body properly utilize amino acids, fats and carbohydrates, support a strong immune system, and assist with the maintenance of healthy blood sugar levels.

Spore-Based Probiotics 

RootFix Foundations contains Bacillus Coagulans, Bacillus Subtilis, Bacillus Mesentericus, and Bacillus Clausii. The seed-like structure of spore-based probiotics means they can withstand stomach acid, bile salts, and pancreatic enzymes to make it all the way to the large intestine intact (unlike traditional probiotics which target the small intestine). Their hardier nature also means spore-based probiotic supplements require fewer colony-forming units (CFUs) to be effective. Spore-based probiotics are a great choice for anyone dealing with SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth), IBS, or poor tolerance to regular probiotics.

High Potency Fish Oil 

RootFix Foundations contains AvailOm®, the highest-load omega-3 powder in its class with 50% eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) as a free fatty acid by weight. The technology behind AvailOm® allows EPA and DHA to be readily absorbed by the body without the need to be broken down prior uptake as in the case of standard ethyl ester or triglyceride forms. The bioavailability of AvailOm® powders has been confirmed in a clinical study to be more than five times higher than traditional liquid omega-3 soft-gels, even with a low-fat diet or on an empty stomach. Long-term stability studies have proven superior oxidation resistance of at least 4 years without any use of additives. 

Antioxidants

RootFix Foundations contains Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Zinc, Selenium, Resveratrol, N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC), Malic Acid, and Green Tea Leaf Extract. These nutrients counteract oxidative stress and free radical damage in the body and are used by the liver in phase one and phase two detoxification. 

How many capsules do I take a day?
The recommended dose of RootFix Foundations is four capsules per day, two capsules with breakfast and two with lunch or dinner.
