RootFix Shipping Policy

Every RootFix order is packed by our own team at the GrassRoots clinic in West Lebanon, New Hampshire, and goes out with USPS. Here's what to expect once you check out.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 states, Washington DC, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We don't ship internationally right now.

How long it takes

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, not counting federal holidays). Most orders placed on a weekday morning go out the same afternoon. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, it ships Monday.

Once it's in the mail, USPS usually delivers in 2 to 5 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, the territories and military addresses can take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays around the holidays and in bad weather are common.

You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your subtotal after discounts. Sales tax is added where required.

Heat and cold

Supplements don't love sitting in a hot mailbox. In the summer, please bring your package inside as soon as you can, and store products the way the label says once they arrive. Some probiotics need to go in the fridge.

Check your address

Please double-check your shipping address before you place the order. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once it's with USPS, we can't redirect it, and we're not able to cover the cost of reshipping an order sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost, late, or damaged packages

If tracking says delivered but you can't find it, check with your neighbors and your local post office first, then email us within 7 days. We'll work with USPS to trace it.

If your order hasn't shown up within 10 business days of shipping, email us and we'll look into it.

If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you'd like. Our Refund Policy has the details.
