Vitamin A
A fat-soluble vitamin essential for the normal development and lifelong maintenance of the skeleton. It supports the balance of bone-building (osteoblast) and bone-remodeling (osteoclast) activity, and helps stimulate the proteins needed for bone mineralization — including the K2-dependent protein osteocalcin.

Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol)
Essential for normal calcium metabolism. It supports calcium absorption in the gut, helps maintain healthy serum calcium and phosphate for proper bone mineralization, and supports cardiovascular function and blood pressure within normal ranges.

Vitamin K2 (MK-7)
The form shown to support normal bone formation through the carboxylation of key bone proteins. Unlike K1, K2 works primarily outside the liver — in the bones and blood vessels — where it helps maintain arterial elasticity and regulates how vitamins A and D direct bone activity.
